Appcap.ai may offer an optional caption optimization feature designed to improve clarity and global language understanding. Appcap.ai only optimizes caption text written or submitted by the user. Original captions are always preserved, and original videos or photos are never modified, edited, re-rendered, compressed, watermarked, or altered.
Appcap.ai may use automated language detection services solely to identify the primary language of caption text prior to sharing. Language detection is used only for internal processing and does not affect content distribution, visibility, or platform behavior.
Appcap.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social platform. All content distribution, translation, ranking, moderation, and visibility are controlled entirely by the destination platforms in accordance with their own policies. Nothing in these Terms is intended to interfere with, override, or circumvent the policies, rules, algorithms, or functionality of any third-party platform.
Appcap.ai provides tools intended to assist with caption clarity and global language understanding. Appcap.ai does not guarantee engagement, reach, virality, audience reaction, or any specific outcome. You acknowledge that audience responses, comments, shares, criticism, and public reaction are outside of Appcap.ai’s control and remain the responsibility of the content creator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appcap.ai shall not be liable for audience reactions, reputational impact, platform moderation decisions, algorithmic changes, or content being misunderstood or criticized after sharing. Use of caption optimization and Global Boost features is entirely at the user’s discretion.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights shall prevail.
You understand and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where claims may be brought in small claims court or where arbitration is not permitted under applicable consumer law.
You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice including your full name, account email address, and a clear statement of intent to opt out to info@app.ai.
Where permitted by law, you agree that disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
